PT Role | Snap Fitness Beaumont Hills Grantham Farm

This is a casual personal trainer role with Jamie Fitness in Grantham Farm, coaching clients one-to-one. You build your ongoing client base over time, so it does not come with a ready-made book of clients or guaranteed full time hours.

Requirements

A Cert IV in Fitness, or be close to finishing it. By your start date you will need current First Aid, CPR and a Working with Children Check.

What the role involves

- Explain the training offer to people thinking about starting.
- Take part in mentoring and team workshops.
- Coach clients in one-to-one sessions.
- Follow our coaching and admin systems.
- Rent and support

No gym rent is charged. Jamie Fitness handles marketing and administrative support.

Availability needed

Please be available four afternoons or evenings a week, about 3pm to 8.30pm, plus two mornings a week. Being available does not mean those hours are guaranteed or paid.

Pay





This is a casual position with super and applicable commission on top. Your hourly rate increases as your ongoing weekly client hours grow:

- Up to 25 client hours per week: $40.17 per hour
- 25 to 30 client hours per week: $45 per hour
- 30 or more client hours per week: $55 per hour
