- Greet customers warmly and take orders with a friendly attitude
- Operate POS system and handle payments accurately
- Serve food and drinks to tables
- Clear tables, wipe down surfaces, and maintain a tidy dining area
- Assist with food preparation and general café tasks when required
- Provide excellent customer service and resolve minor issues professionally
- Work collaboratively with the team to ensure smooth daily operations
Basic barista experience (training can be provided)
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Ability to work in a quick-paced environment
- Reliable, punctual, and positive attitude
- Food safety awareness and good hygiene practices
