Gaming Attendant position available for Chipping Norton Hotel.

Casual 3-5 shifts per week available for the right applicant.

What we are looking for:

- Experience (preferred, but not essential)

- A current & valid RSA/RCG/ARCG competency card

- Flexible availability including the ability to work nights & weekends (compulsory) and public holidays

- Exceptional customer service skills with a friendly can-do attitude.

- Able to work well in a team environment & unsupervised

Key responsibilities include:

- Provide exceptional customer service in the gaming area, ensuring an exceptional experience.
- Prepare and serve drinks efficiently while upholding Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) requirements.
- Assist patrons with gaming machines while ensuring Responsible Conduct of Gambling (RCG) compliance.
- Accurately handle cash, process transactions, and complete end-of-shift reconciliations.
- Maintain cleanliness and presentation of bar and gaming areas, ensuring venue standards are met at all times.

Pay: $26.55 – $50.04 per hour

Expected hours: 15.0 – 30.0 per week
