About the role
Working alongside our incredible office Manager and support staff you will be an integral member of our first impressions team.

Duties include:

- Answering telephones and lead enquiries
- Explaining our quoting process to clients
- Offering quote times to clients
- Entering data and client information into CRM
- Responding to client emails
- Regular contact with clients to follow up and confirm bookings
- General Administration duties
- Data entry utilising databases/ CRM

Skills and experience:

- 2 years customer service or hospitality experience
- Telephone use and texting etiqutte
- A positive ‘can-do’ attitude
- Great organisational skills
- Attention to detail and accuracy with information gathering
- Strong written, verbal and numeracy skills
- Ability to work at a fast pace and focus on tasks to completion
- Capable of working unsupervised when needed
- High drive and motivation
- Demonstrate proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word and Excel)
- Living local to the Sutherland Shire is highly regarded
