PT Role | Snap Fitness Beaumont Hills Box Hill

We are Jamie Fitness, and we are looking for a casual personal trainer to coach clients one-to-one in Box Hill. Your client base is something you grow over time. There is no ready-made book of clients, and full-time hours are not guaranteed.

What we are looking for

- Cert IV in Fitness, or close to completing it
- Current First Aid and CPR by the time you start
- A Working with Children Check by the time you start
- Day to day
- Take part in mentoring and team workshops.
- Coach each client one-to-one.
- Work within our coaching and administration processes.
- Talk new enquiries through how the training works.
- Marketing and administrative support come from Jamie Fitness, and no gym rent is charged for this role.

Pay structure

This is a casual position with super and applicable commission on top. Your hourly rate increases as your ongoing weekly client hours grow:

- Up to 25 weekly client hours: $40.17/hr




- 25 to 30 weekly client hours: $45/hr
- 30+ weekly client hours: $55/hr
- When you need to be available

Please be available four afternoons or evenings a week, about 3pm to 8.30pm, plus two mornings a week. Being available does not mean those hours are guaranteed or paid.
