The role

You’ll be the first point of contact for new and existing customers, finding opportunities, understanding what clients need, and turning ideas into quotes and confirmed orders. You’ll work closely with our design, production and installation teams to deliver great results on time.

Key responsibilities

- Generate recent business through prospecting, networking, local business groups, referrals and follow-up on inbound leads
- Visit client sites to assess requirements, take measurements and discuss options
- Recommend signage solutions to suit each client’s goals, budget and any council or regulatory requirements
- Prepare accurate quotes and proposals, and follow up to close sales
- Manage the sales pipeline and customer records in our CRM
- Build long-term relationships with repeat clients, including property managers, builders, franchisees, local government etc
- Liaise with design, production and installation teams to keep projects on schedule and on brief, minimize rectification
- Handle enquiries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
- Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets
- Keep up to date with products, materials, pricing and industry trends





About you

Essential

- 2+ years in a B2B or trade-based sales role
- Strong communication and relationship-building skills
- Confident quoting, negotiating and closing sales
- Good organisation, time management and attention to detail
- Comfortable using CRM, email and Microsoft Office/Google Workspace
- Current driver’s licence and reliable transport

Desirable

- Experience in signage, print, graphics, marketing or construction
- Ability to read plans and understand basic production processes
- Existing network of local business contacts
- Familiarity with Adobe Creative Suite or quoting software

Pay: $55,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
