They've been recognised on a global stage, have come through one of Australia's best-known accelerator programs, and their volumes have tripled in a matter of weeks.

Job Description - Graduate Software Engineer
As a Graduate Software Engineer, you will take real ownership of building and maintaining two live apps, one for resellers and one for sellers, working hand in hand with the founders. Rather than being handed tickets, you'll be expected to come up with creative ideas and new features, build them properly and make sure everything works smoothly for the people using it.

You'll have unlimited AI credits and Claude Code is central to how the team builds, so you'll be shipping faster than you would almost anywhere else. This is a high-intensity, early-stage environment where the hours reflect the pace, and the harder you work, the more you're rewarded through equity.

Role Responsibilities - Graduate Software Engineer
In this Graduate Software Engineer role, your daily tasks will include, but not be limited to:





- Building new features across the reseller and seller apps
- Maintaining and improving existing functionality as volumes grow
- Using Claude Code and AI tools to build and iterate quickly
- Bringing a UI/UX lens to everything you build
- Coming up with creative feature ideas for both sides of the marketplace
- Working closely with the founders on what to build next

Role Requirements - Graduate Software Engineer

- At least 6 months of hands-on engineering experience, ideally at a big tech company or a startup
- Something you've built and can demo, whether that's an app, a feature or a side project
- Confident using Claude Code or similar AI coding tools
- A good eye for UI/UX and how a product feels to use
- Marketplace experience (rideshare, delivery, car sharing, resale or similar) would be advantageous
- Confident and outgoing, comfortable sharing ideas in a small team
- Australian citizens, PR holders, or visa holders with at least 2-3 years remaining
