Personal Training Position | Snap Fitness Canning Vale Woodbridge

We are Jamie Fitness, and we are looking for a casual personal trainer to coach clients one-to-one in Woodbridge. Your client base is something you grow over time. There is no ready-made book of clients, and full time hours are not guaranteed.

Pay structure

Casual employment, plus super and applicable commission. The current hourly rate rises with ongoing weekly client hours:

- $40.17 per hour for up to 25 client hours a week
- $45 per hour for 25 to 30 client hours a week
- $55 per hour for 30 or more client hours a week
- To be considered
- Cert IV in Fitness, or close to completing it
- Current First Aid and CPR by the time you start
- A Working with Children Check by the time you start
- Jamie Fitness provides marketing and administrative support. We do not charge gym rent for this role.

Hours you need to be free

Please be available four afternoons or evenings a week, about 3pm to 8.30pm, plus two mornings a week.



Being available does not mean those hours are guaranteed or paid.

What the role involves

- Take part in mentoring and team workshops.
- Deliver one-on-one personal training sessions.
- Follow the team's coaching and administrative systems.
- Help prospective clients understand the training offer.
