Casual Personal Trainer | Snap Fitness Canning Vale Lesmurdie

Jamie Fitness is adding a casual personal trainer in Lesmurdie. The work is one-to-one coaching, and your regular clients build up over time; you do not start with a ready-made client book. Full time hours are not guaranteed.

What it pays

This is a casual position with super and applicable commission on top. Your hourly rate increases as your ongoing weekly client hours grow:

- Up to 25 weekly client hours: $40.17/hr
- 25 to 30 weekly client hours: $45/hr
- 30+ weekly client hours: $55/hr
- Rent and support

No gym rent is charged. Jamie Fitness handles marketing and administrative support.

What the role involves

Follow the team's coaching and administrative systems. Coach each client one-to-one. Take part in mentoring and team workshops. Explain the training offer to people thinking about starting.

Requirements

- Cert IV in Fitness, or close to completing it




- Current First Aid and CPR by the time you start
- A Working with Children Check by the time you start
- Your availability

You will need four afternoons or evenings each week, approximately 3pm to 8.30pm, plus two mornings. This is required availability, not guaranteed paid hours.
