Position Description

We are seeking a dedicated Marketing Coordinator to join our team on a full-time basis. In this role you will be responsible for the following:

- Formulating, planning, and executing comprehensive multi-channel marketing strategies to maximise brand exposure and drive qualified lead generation for the agency's highest-performing sales division.
- Conducting market research and audience segmentation to analyse buyer/seller behaviour, identify emerging real estate trends, and align marketing initiatives with target demographic insights. Creating engaging visual content, copywriting, and promotional materials across web and social media channels.
- Managing end-to-end digital content creation, copywriting, graphic design, and video assets across web, social media, print, and aerial/drone channels to elevate brand positioning.
- Segmenting, managing, and optimising real estate CRM databases to deliver targeted email marketing campaigns,



automate lead nurturing, and expand customer outreach.
- Analysing multi-channel campaign performance using Google Analytics and digital insights to track key metrics, evaluate ROI, and optimise ongoing marketing lifecycles.
- Coordinating with key stakeholders, internal sales representatives, external media suppliers, and print vendors to ensure seamless campaign execution and adherence to strict property launch timelines.
- Overseeing local agency PR initiatives, community event coordination, and promotional campaigns to ensure consistent alignment with corporate brand standards and solidify market presence.

About You

To be successful in obtaining this role, you will have :

- Practical experience in digital marketing, campaign development, and brand strategy within the real estate or media sectors.
- Strong background in digital content creation, copy drafting, and graphic design using tools like Adobe Suite and Canva.
- Proficiency with CRM platforms and office suites (Microsoft Office and Google Workspace).
- Hands-on knowledge of Google Analytics, SEO, and paid digital search/display advertising campaigns.
- Relevant qualifications in Marketing, Communications, or related disciplines (MBA or Bachelor level preferred).
- Strong project management, organisation, and communication skills with the ability to manage multiple listing deadlines in a fast-paced workplace.

Salary
If successful, you will be paid a salary ranging between approximately $80,000 to $85,000 per annum.

Pay: $80,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
