Job Vacancy: Handyman / Property Maintenance Specialist

We are seeking a reliable and versatile Handyman to manage the day-to-day maintenance and upkeep of two business properties. This is a consistent, long-term role for someone who takes pride in their work and enjoys a variety of tasks.

Key Responsibilities

- Gardening & Landscaping: Routine mowing, weeding, and general garden maintenance to keep the properties looking professional.
- Yard Maintenance: Keeping external areas tidy, clearing debris, and ensuring the grounds are well-presented.
- Minor Repairs & Painting: Handling small-scale painting jobs and general "fix-it" tasks as they arise.
- Signage: Helping with the installation and hanging of signs across the properties.
- General Handyman Tasks: Responding to basic maintenance needs to ensure smooth operation of both sites.

Casual Work Availability

- Additional Hours: Casual work available for 10-20 hours per week.
- Duties: This includes general handyman duties,



factory and yard tidying, and general garden maintenance.

Work Hours & Location

- Hours: Approximately 10-20 hours per week, plus flexible casual hours.
- Location: Bassendean-based business, ideal for someone living locally.
- Pay: $35/hr plus super (if applicable).

Requirements

- Proven experience in handyman or general maintenance work.
- Solid attention to detail and a proactive "can-do" attitude.
- Forklift License: Highly preferred, though not a deal-breaker for the right candidate.
- Reliable transportation and your own basic toolkit.
