The role

You'll initially work alongside the owner, delivering professional detailing services to private and commercial customers throughout Newcastle and Lake Macquarie.

Your work will include interior and exterior detailing,



maintenance services, vehicle preparation and specialist cleaning.

You'll be expected to work efficiently, manage your time effectively, meet our quality standards and take pride in the finished result.

Our goal is to have you independently managing suitable customer appointments as soon as you're ready.

Who we're looking for

This is an experienced operator position, not an entry-level traineeship.

We're looking for someone who already knows how to work productively in a hands-on environment.

You'll bring:

- Professional experience in car detailing, vehicle preparation, specialist cleaning or closely related work.
- The ability to work independently, solve problems and maintain a strong working pace.
- Pride in your workmanship and an eye for detail.
- Reliability, initiative and a professional approach to customers.
- A current Australian manual driver's licence.
- The ability to perform physical work outdoors in varying conditions.

You don't need to know every product or technique we use. We'll teach you our systems. What matters is that you already bring the skills, work ethic and judgement to contribute from day one.
