Joy and Joy (Mimi Nicky Kitchen Pty Ltd), Specializing in all events and catering. We are looking for an experienced part-time kitchen hand to joint our team on the vibrant Gold Coast.

Kitchen Hand (Part-Time/Casual) , Catering

We are a busy and friendly catering company looking for a reliable Kitchen Hand to join our team. This is a part-time position (approximately 25-30 hours per week) , based in our production kitchen with occasional shifts at event locations.

This role is perfect for someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced kitchen, takes pride in keeping things organised and clean, and is happy to support chefs with basic food preparation.

Key Responsibilities

- Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the kitchen and work areas
- Wash dishes, utensils, and kitchen equipment
- Assist chefs with basic food preparation (washing, chopping, portioning ingredients)
- Support packing and preparation for catering events
- Occasionally assist the team on-site at functions and events
- Ensure food safety and hygiene standards are followed at all times

- Ability to work efficiently in a busy kitchen environment




- Great organisation skill and attention to cleanliness
- Ability to work as part of a team
- Flexibility to assist at off-site functions when required
- Previous kitchen experience is a plus but not essential
