About Us
Vertex Workforce is a Sydney-based labour hire company. We supply reliable workers to the construction, civil and infrastructure sectors. We're building a small team of field technicians for ongoing work with a telecommunications infrastructure client across NSW.

The Role
You'll work alongside an experienced telecommunications contractor on pre-construction site surveys for broadband infrastructure projects. Your work will include:

- Walking project sites and assessing underground and telecommunications infrastructure
- Recording site information, measurements and photos
- Helping prepare the survey data used to produce construction designs

This is a field-based role, not heavy labour. It suits someone who is observant, reliable and comfortable working outdoors.

Roster & Travel

- Projects are based across NSW.
- Travel is fly-in fly-out or drive-in drive-out, depending on the project location.
- Shifts are 8–10 hours, 3–5 days per week, depending on project stage.
- You'll be home on weekends.
- Rosters are confirmed about a week in advance.

Requirements

- White Card (General Construction Induction)
- Current driver's licence
- National Police Check, or willingness to obtain one
- Comfortable with FIFO/DIDO travel and shared accommodation during the week
- Reliable, punctual and able to follow instructions
- Telecommunications, civil or surveying experience is a bonus but not essential
