PT Role | Snap Fitness Canning Vale Ferndale

We are Jamie Fitness, and we are looking for a casual personal trainer to coach clients one-to-one in Ferndale. Your client base is something you grow over time. There is no ready-made book of clients, and full time hours are not guaranteed.

Support

No gym rent is charged. Jamie Fitness handles marketing and administrative support.

What you will need

Cert IV in Fitness, or be close to completing it. Current First Aid, CPR and a Working with Children Check will be needed when you start.

The role

- Explain the training offer to people thinking about starting.
- Coach each client one-to-one.
- Work within our coaching and administration processes.
- Join team workshops and mentoring sessions.
- Pay and super

Casual role, paid hourly plus super and any applicable commission. The rate steps up with your ongoing weekly client hours:





- $40.17 an hour (up to 25 client hours a week)
- $45 an hour (25 to 30 client hours a week)
- $55 an hour (30 or more client hours a week)
- Availability needed

You will need four afternoons or evenings each week, approximately 3pm to 8.30pm, plus two mornings. This is required availability, not guaranteed paid hours.
