Get Sashimi Coogee is hiring a full time Retail Manager for our business located in Coogee.

Your duties will include:

· Determine product range including sashimi, seafood platters, and ready-to-eat items, and manage stock levels to maintain freshness and availability

· Develop and implement purchasing strategies for fresh seafood, and set pricing in line with market conditions and business targets

· Promote the store’s products through in-store displays, local marketing, and social media to attract and retain customers

· Serve customers, provide product recommendations, and advise on sashimi selection, freshness, and consumption

· Maintain accurate records of stock, wastage, and daily sales transactions

· Assist with budgeting, cost control, and monitoring store performance

· Recruit, train, and supervise staff to ensure efficient operations and high service standards





· Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene, and workplace health and safety regulations

In return you will receive:

· Package: $80,000 per annum plus superannuation

· Position: Full time (38 hours a week)

· Ongoing support from our team

Requirements of position

· AQF Associate Degree, Advanced Diploma or Diploma and at least 1 year of relevant work experience or 3 years of experience to substitute formal qualification
