Reporting to the Social Enterprise Manager, you will lead Workforce Coordinators and oversee recruitment, training, and pathways for supported employees while ensuring NDIs standards and inclusive practices. You will build relationships with schools and disability sector partners, manage compliance, and drive continuous improvement through data.
