Rubies Nursing is currently seeking experienced and compassionate aged care, hospital, mental health, theater, and emergency department nurses to provide exceptional care across major Australian cities and regional locations in NSW, ACT, VIC, and WA.

Responsibilities

- Provide direct nursing care in hospitals and aged care facilities, including medication administration, wound care, and vital signs monitoring
- Develop and implement individualised care plans based on patient assessments
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams including physicians, social workers, and allied health professionals
- Communicate effectively with patients and families, providing emotional support and education
- Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation

Requirements

- Current and unrestricted AHPRA Registration
- Minimum 1 year of experience in hospital or aged care settings
- Strong clinical skills in medication administration, wound care, and patient monitoring
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work both independently and within a team




- Willingness to travel and work flexible schedules (including weekends and holidays) or choose a permanent placement option

Job Types: Fixed term, Temp to perm
Contract length: 12 months

Pay: $68.00 – $102.00 per hour

Expected hours: 20 – 38 per week
