What The Fresh is looking for a reliable and hardworking person to join our packing team at our food manufacturing facility in Wangara.

This is a full-time position working across four days each week:

- Sunday
- Monday
- Wednesday
- Thursday

Shifts will generally fall between 8:00am and 6:00pm. Your exact start and finish times will depend on production requirements, with 38 hours worked across the four days.

The role involves packing and labelling food products, checking orders, maintaining a clean work area and making sure products are prepared correctly and ready for dispatch.

Responsibilities

- Pack and label food products accurately.
- Check products against orders and production requirements.
- Make sure packaging, labels and date coding are correct.
- Complete basic production and packing records.
- Follow food safety, hygiene and quality procedures.
- Maintain a clean and organised work area.
- Assist with cleaning and sanitising equipment and production areas.
- Report damaged products, incorrect labels or other issues to the supervisor.
- Work closely with the kitchen, production and dispatch teams.
- Complete other reasonable production and packing duties when required.

We need someone who:

- Is reliable,



punctual and ready to work.
- Is available to work every Sunday, Monday, Wednesday and Thursday.
- Is comfortable working in a fast-paced food production environment.
- Can follow instructions and complete paperwork accurately.
- Has good attention to detail.
- Can work well as part of a team.
- Is comfortable standing for extended periods and completing physical work.
- Understands the importance of food safety and workplace hygiene.
- Has full working rights in Australia.

Previous experience in food production, packing, warehousing, kitchens or manufacturing would be helpful, but it is not essential. Training will be provided to the right person.
