PT Role | Snap Fitness Austral Prestons

Jamie Fitness is adding a casual personal trainer in Prestons. The work is one-to-one coaching, and your regular clients build up over time; you do not start with a ready-made client book. Full-time hours are not guaranteed.

What we are looking for

Cert IV in Fitness, or be close to completing it. Current First Aid, CPR and a Working with Children Check will be needed when you start.

Pay

You are employed as a casual, with super and applicable commission. The hourly rate depends on your ongoing weekly client hours:

- Up to 25 weekly client hours: $40.17/hr
- 25 to 30 weekly client hours: $45/hr
- 30+ weekly client hours: $55/hr
- You will not pay gym rent. Jamie Fitness supports you with marketing and administration.

Day to day

- Follow our coaching and admin systems.
- Coach each client one-to-one.
- Help prospective clients understand the training offer.




- Attend mentoring and team workshops.
- When you need to be available

Please be available four afternoons or evenings a week, about 3pm to 8.30pm, plus two mornings a week. Being available does not mean those hours are guaranteed or paid.
