TRADESMEN PLUMBER & DRAINER PAY UP TO 60P/HR: Smeaton Grange (Full-time)

Join a 30-year plumbing business that's growing, with the work to back it up.

Jamie Thorpe Plumbing has been doing quality residential plumbing for more than 30 years. Our reputation with local builders has us busier than ever, and we're building the team to match. We're looking for a qualified Tradesman Plumber & Drainer who wants more than just the next job.

Where we're headed

We work across residential new-build projects throughout South-West Sydney, and our workload is growing. As we add crews and take on more work, we'll need people to step up. If you're good at what you do and want to grow with us, whether that's more responsibility, a lead role on site or something bigger down the track, the opportunity is here. We'd rather promote from within than hire in.

The role

· Full-time, based in Smeaton Grange

· Residential new-build work across South-West Sydney

· Work as part of an experienced team, backed by a dedicated office team that handles scheduling and job info so you can get on with the job

What we offer

· Steady, full-time work with a business that's been around 30+ years and is still expanding

· Real opportunity to grow into more senior roles as we add crews

· Up to $60 per hour, depending on experience

· 40-hour week

· Flexi-day once a month

· Branded company vehicle and fuel card

· Organised scheduling and reliable office support

· Job management systems so you always have current site information

· A supportive team with regular catch-ups and open communication

Who we're looking for

· Be a NSW qualified and licensed Plumber & Drainer

· Hold a current practising licence

· Hold a current, clean NSW driver's licence

· Be able to work unsupervised, run your own jobs and train apprentices

· Residential new-build experience

· Drainage experience would be an advantage but isn't essential

· Honest and trustworthy

· Take pride in your work and go the extra mile to make sure the job is top notch

· Outstanding people skills with workmates, builders and customers

If you're a good plumber who wants to be part of a growing business that backs its people, we'd like to hear from you. Apply now.
