Bridge to Understanding (BTU) is growing, and we're looking for an experienced and passionate Behaviour Support Practitioner to join our team!

We're looking for someone who genuinely enjoys working with people, understands the importance of person-centred and neuro-affirming practice, and is confident delivering high-quality Positive Behaviour Support.

Who we're looking for

We're seeking a practitioner who:

- Has current NDIS Behaviour Support Practitioner suitability at Core, Proficient, Advanced or Specialist level.
- Has previous practical experience delivering Positive Behaviour Support.
- Is confident completing Functional Behaviour Assessments, Interim and Comprehensive Behaviour Support Plans.
- Understands restrictive practices and NDIS reporting requirements.
- Enjoys working directly with participants, families and support teams.
- Can provide practical strategies, capacity-building sessions and training to those supporting participants.
- Is organised, motivated and able to manage their own caseload.
- Values collaboration, professional development and making a meaningful difference.

Please note: While we welcome Core practitioners, previous experience in behaviour support is essential.



This position is not suited to someone entering the field for the first time.
