Newcastle SLSC is an iconic community organisation- the oldest surf lifesaving club in the Hunter region, we've been serving our local community since 1908.
Situated right on Newcastle Beach, our venue is open for public Beachlife sessions every weekend and public holidays throughout the warmer months, featuring live music, beach eats, and cheap drinks - Beachlife is the perfect atmosphere to soak up the sun, sand and surf!
About the Role:

In this role you will be responsible for:
- Assisting the General Manager with day-to-day operations of our beach bar/functions venue
- Lead and oversee a small team of 4-8 staff across the bar, kitchen and floor
- Providing high quality and friendly front-of-house service to customers and club members
- Setup and packdown of the venue
About You:
- Current NSW RSA
- Comfortable in a busy, quick paced venue
- Works well as part of a small tight-knit team
- Must have availability weekends and most Public Holidays

Pay: $34.96 – $69.93 per hour
Expected hours: 10.0 – 30.0 per week
