About the business and the role:

Mode Logistics has been operating in Australia as part of the Seafrigo Group since 2014, with the group established in 1979. Located within a modern warehouse in the Melbourne Airport Precinct, this is a great opportunity to join a growing global logistics company.

With a strong focus on customer service and operational excellence, we are seeking a motivated, reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our full time Airfreight Operations team.

Main duties will include:

- Coordinating export air bookings.
- Organising transport, cargo receivals and shipment scheduling.
- Preparing,



checking and handling of export documentation.
- Track and coordinate outgoing shipments, ensuring timely and accurate processing.
- Liaise with key stakeholders to facilitate smooth cargo operations.
- Lodge EDN's.
- Full registration of shipments and Invoicing clients.
- Deliver a high level of customer service.
- Problem-solving and issue resolution.

Skills and Experience:

- 1-2 years’ experience in Airfreight Operations
- Experience in CargoWise
- Knowledge of perishable freight movement advantageous
