PT Role | St Pauls

Looking for a casual personal training role in St Pauls? Jamie Fitness coaches clients one-to-one, and you would grow your own ongoing client base over time. There is no ready-made client book and no guarantee of full-time hours.

What we are looking for

Cert IV in Fitness, or be close to completing it. Current First Aid, CPR and a Working with Children Check will be needed when you start.

Pay

You are employed as a casual, with super and applicable commission. The hourly rate depends on your ongoing weekly client hours:

- Up to 25 weekly client hours: $40.17/hr
- 25 to 30 weekly client hours: $45/hr
- 30+ weekly client hours: $55/hr
- Hours you need to be free

We need you free four afternoons or evenings a week, roughly 3pm to 8.30pm, and two mornings. This is the availability we require; it is not a guarantee of paid hours.

What we provide

There is no gym rent to pay in this role,



and Jamie Fitness looks after marketing and admin support.

The role

Run one-to-one training sessions with clients. Help prospective clients understand the training offer. Attend mentoring and team workshops. Follow the team's coaching and administrative systems.
