- Position: Fleet Manager

Main duties

The role is heavily focused on transport operations and fleet management, including:

- Managing Metro and Regional transport operations
- Overseeing routes, drivers and service coordinators
- Fleet planning and reducing fuel/operating costs
- Monitoring KPIs and DIFOT
- Client communication and relationship management
- Workforce management, leave and staffing
- OHS compliance
- Financial and operational reporting
- Data analytics
- Training and mentoring new employees
- Working with IT/business solutions
