Jethro Canteen is an established, modern cafe in Richmond, proudly serving the local community for over 10 years. We are known for our high-quality cafe food, excellent coffee and loyal customer base.

We are seeking a passionate, experienced and reliable Chef de Partie to join our kitchen team on a full-time basis.

Immediate start.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage your designated kitchen section and ensure smooth, efficient service.

- Prepare,



cook and present high-quality dishes to consistent standards.

- Complete daily preparation and mise en place.

- Maintain excellent food hygiene, safety and kitchen cleanliness.

- Assist with stock control, ordering, stock rotation and minimising waste.

- Work collaboratively with the kitchen team during busy service periods.

- Contribute to maintaining and improving food quality and kitchen standards.

The Ideal Candidate

- Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or in a similar role.

- Strong cooking skills and a passion for quality café cuisine.

- Excellent organisation, time management and attention to detail.

- Ability to work independently and under pressure.

- A positive attitude, strong work ethic and reliable approach.

- Sound knowledge of food safety and hygiene.

- Full-time availability, including weekends.

- Available for early-morning starts and afternoon finishes.
