About the Role

We are seeking compassionate, reliable, and motivated Support Workers to join our growing team. This role involves providing individualised support to NDIS participants both in their homes and within the community.

As a Support Worker, you will play a vital role in helping participants achieve their goals, develop independence, and engage in activities that enhance their quality of life.

Key Responsibilities

- Provide person-centred support in line with participant goals
- Assist with community access, social inclusion, and recreational activities
- Support participants to attend appointments and engage in day-to-day activities
- Encourage independence, skill development, and confidence-building
- Maintain professional boundaries and positive relationships
- Complete accurate progress notes and required documentation
- Promote participant choice, dignity, and respect at all times

Essential Requirements

- Current Australian Driver Licence
- Reliable vehicle with comprehensive insurance
- Current NDIS Worker Screening Check (or willingness to obtain)




- Working with Children Check (or willingness to obtain)
- Current First Aid and CPR Certificate
- National Police Check
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A genuine passion for supporting people

Desirable Qualifications & Experience

- Experience in disability support, mental health, aged care, youth work, or community services
- Knowledge of NDIS principles and practices
- Experience supporting participants with complex needs
- Availability for flexible shifts, including evenings and weekends
