We are looking for fun, enthusiastic and hardworking Support Workers to join our team!

About the role

Support Workers in SILs provide support at home. This involves assisting Participants with daily tasks such as meals, cleaning, medication and personal care.

In this role, you will offer assistance to individuals with disabilities in Supported Accommodation, enabling them to lead independent lives, nurturing their social well-being. Your primary focus will be on helping our participants attain their individual objectives while engaging in at home daily tasks and community access. The role requires the support worker to carry out domestic duties for clients including meal preparation, household management, bed making, dusting, laundry, etc.

Key responsibilities

- Supporting participant in home
- Supporting daily tasks




- Medication Administration
- Transporting participants between services and activities
- Promote independent decision making
- Helping participants to develop recent skills
- Exploring hobbies or new interests with participants

Skills and Qualifications

- NDIS worker screening clearance (or ability to obtain)
- NDIS Induction Modules
- Current Drivers Licence
- Proof of vehicle registration
- Ability to work both without supervision and as part of a team
- Personal care and Medication administration experience preferred but not required
- Sleepovers required
