We are seeking a reliable, compassionate and physically capable Disability Support Worker to provide individualised support to an NDIS participant.

The role involves community access, shopping assistance, carrying groceries where safe and appropriate, and supporting the participant with everyday activities.

Preferred attributes:

- Experience supporting NDIS participants in the community.
- Ability to safely assist with shopping and physically demanding tasks within appropriate manual-handling guidelines.
- Robust communication skills and a respectful, person-centred approach.
- Cultural awareness and the ability to build positive relationships with participants from diverse backgrounds.
- Familiarity with Kenyan culture and having a big size car would be highly regarded.

$34.44 – $36.00 per hour
