PT Role | Snap Fitness Concord West Russell Lea

Jamie Fitness is adding a casual personal trainer in Russell Lea. The work is one-to-one coaching, and your regular clients build up over time; you do not start with a ready-made client book. Full time hours are not guaranteed.

The role

- Use the team's coaching and admin systems.
- Run one-to-one training sessions with clients.
- Help prospective clients understand the training offer.
- Join team workshops and mentoring sessions.
- Your availability

Please be available four afternoons or evenings a week, about 3pm to 8.30pm, plus two mornings a week. Being available does not mean those hours are guaranteed or paid.

Rent and support

You will not pay gym rent. Jamie Fitness supports you with marketing and administration.

Pay structure

Casual role, paid hourly plus super and any applicable commission.



The rate steps up with your ongoing weekly client hours:

- $40.17 per hour for up to 25 client hours a week
- $45 per hour for 25 to 30 client hours a week
- $55 per hour for 30 or more client hours a week
- Qualifications

A Cert IV in Fitness, or be close to finishing it. By your start date you will need current First Aid, CPR and a Working with Children Check.
