We are a Korean fusion restaurant in Penrith, NSW, serving delicious food that combines Korean flavours with modern culinary influences. We are looking for a passionate, reliable, and motivated Cook to join our kitchen team on a full-time basis.

About the Role
As a Cook, you will play an important role in preparing and delivering high-quality dishes while maintaining a clean, organised, and efficient kitchen.
Your responsibilities will include:Preparing and cooking Korean and Korean fusion dishes to a high standard.Assisting with menu preparation, food preparation, and daily kitchen operations.Maintaining consistent food quality, portion control, and presentation.Ensuring compliance with food safety, hygiene, and workplace health and safety standards.Monitoring food stock, checking ingredient freshness, and assisting with stock control.Maintaining a clean and organised kitchen at all times.Working closely with the kitchen team to ensure efficient service during busy periods.

About You




The ideal candidate will have:Previous experience as a Cook in a restaurant or commercial kitchen.A genuine passion for cooking and an interest in Korean or Asian cuisine.Knowledge of food preparation, cooking techniques, and food safety practices.The ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced kitchen environment.Good communication, teamwork, and time management skills.A reliable, positive attitude and willingness to learn.
Experience with Korean cuisine or Korean fusion cooking will be highly regarded.
