PT Role | Snap Fitness Concord West Rushcutters Bay

This is a casual personal trainer role with Jamie Fitness in Rushcutters Bay, coaching clients one-to-one. You build your ongoing client base over time, so it does not come with a ready-made book of clients or guaranteed full time hours.

Pay structure

Casual role, paid hourly plus super and any applicable commission. The rate steps up with your ongoing weekly client hours:

- Up to 25 client hours per week: $40.17 per hour
- 25 to 30 client hours per week: $45 per hour
- 30 or more client hours per week: $55 per hour
- Hours you need to be free

Please be available four afternoons or evenings a week, about 3pm to 8.30pm, plus two mornings a week. Being available does not mean those hours are guaranteed or paid.

Requirements

Cert IV in Fitness, or be close to completing it. Current First Aid, CPR and a Working with Children Check will be needed when you start.





Jamie Fitness provides marketing and administrative support. We do not charge gym rent for this role.

Your responsibilities

- Help interested people understand what the training involves.
- Join team workshops and mentoring sessions.
- Coach each client one-to-one.
- Follow the team's coaching and administrative systems.
