The Senior Engineer will focus on hands-on development of APIs, services, AI workflows and conversational platforms.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop and maintain APIs, microservices and backend services.
- Build AI workflows and integrate LLM-powered capabilities into enterprise applications.
- Develop and support conversational AI and customer interaction solutions.
- Implement integrations across cloud platforms and enterprise systems.
- Apply automated testing, CI/CD and secure development practices.
- Troubleshoot production issues and contribute to system reliability and operational excellence.

Key Requirements

- Solid hands-on experience with C#/.NET and React/TypeScript.
- Experience developing APIs, microservices and cloud-based applications.
- Knowledge of LLMs, Agentic AI,



RAG, prompt engineering and vector search.
- Experience with conversational AI, NLU/NLP or AI-enabled customer interaction platforms.
- Familiarity with Azure or AWS, CI/CD, automated testing and production support.
- Strong problem-solving and collaboration skills.
