We are seeking a passionate and experienced Lead Educator to join our dedicated team. You will take the lead in your room, creating a positive and enriching learning environment that supports each child’s development and wellbeing.
Key responsibilities include:
- Planning and delivering engaging programs aligned with the Early Years Learning Framework (EYLF)
- Leading, mentoring, and supporting fellow educators
- Creating a safe, inclusive, and stimulating workplace for all children
- Building strong, respectful relationships with families and the community
- Observing, documenting, and reflecting on children’s learning
- Ensuring compliance with National Quality Standards (NQS)
Pay: $40.00 – $46.00 per hour
Expected hours: 38.0 per week
