Perfectly positioned on the Walsh Bay harbour foreshore, this waterside venue takes you on a journey through the distinctive flavours and tastes of its famed namesake – the coastal town of Jounieh in Lebanon.

The successful candidate must have:

- Excellent English skills
- The right to work in Australia
- Minimum of 1 year of work experience
- Team management skills
- Ability to work in a fast paced environment
- Proficiency in food safety
- Positive communication skills, energy and attitude

Responsibilities include:

- Assist cooks in the preparation of meals by chopping vegetables, making salads, and putting together entrees.
- Ensure that kitchen area, equipment, and utensils are cleaned.
- Help unload food supplies from delivery trucks.
- Wash glassware and other implements by hand when necessary.
- Empty and clean all trash receptacles.




- Rotate dishes to reduce wear and tear on resources.
- Clean dish storage.
- Follow sanitation policies at all times.
- Provide assistance to prep cook and other kitchen staff as needed, especially during peak times.
- Perform opening, closing and side work duties as instructed and according proper guidelines.
