Our clients are a dedicated, family-run enterprise managing a highly productive 6,000-acre dryland broadacre cropping property situated near Gindie, Queensland, just 55 kilometres from the regional hub of Emerald. They are currently seeking a motivated and reliable Farm Hand to assist across all facets of their broadacre cropping operations.

In this role, you will be involved in seasonal planting, harvesting, precision spraying, and comprehensive machinery maintenance, all while ensuring that general farm infrastructure remains in peak condition. Working alongside supportive owners, you will enjoy a high degree of autonomy as you manage daily field duties, take ownership of machinery care, and seize the unique opportunity to operate cutting-edge autonomous spraying technology in a progressive farming environment.

The Ideal Candidate

- High reliability and a positive mindset toward learning modern farming technology.
