GEO Commercial Cleaning is an established Perth-based commercial cleaning business operating since 2017. We provide cleaning services to commercial clients across multiple locations throughout the Perth metropolitan area.

We are seeking an experienced Commercial Cleaning Manager to oversee daily operations, manage our workforce and ensure efficient, consistent service delivery across our commercial contracts.

About the role

This is an operational management position involving responsibility for staff, client relationships, cleaning standards, operational expenditure and service performance.

The role involves travel between client sites across metropolitan Perth. As much of our cleaning work takes place outside conventional business hours, the successful candidate must be available for rostered evening, overnight and weekend work.

Key responsibilities

- Plan, organise and manage daily commercial cleaning operations across multiple client sites.
- Monitor attendance and respond to after-hours operational issues.
- Manage cleaning personnel and coordinate staff or contractors assisting with training, quality inspections, compliance monitoring and operational administration.
- Oversee staff recruitment, induction, training, rosters and performance management.
- Establish and monitor cleaning procedures, housekeeping standards, site security requirements and workplace safety practices
- Maintain client relationships and respond to service requests and complaints and operational issues.
- Coordinate cleaning equipment, consumables, suppliers and contractors.




- Monitor operational costs and coordinate purchasing within approved budgets and delegated authority.
- Prepare service quotations, coordinate suppliers and identify opportunities to improve operational efficiency and service quality.
- Maintain operational records, review performance and report significant financial or operational matters to the company directors.

About you

The successful applicant will have:

- Relevant experience managing commercial cleaning, facilities services or comparable multi-site service operations.
- Experience supervising employees and coordinating operational activities.
- Strong organisational, communication and problem-solving skills.
- Knowledge of cleaning quality standards, workplace safety and client service requirements.
- Ability to manage operational budgets, resources and competing priorities.
- A current driver's licence and the ability to travel independently between client sites.

Employment conditions

- Location: Several sites across Perth metropolitan area, Western Australia
- Employment: Full-time, 38 ordinary hours per week
- Salary: $85,000 per annum plus superannuation
- Hours: Versatile roster, including evening, overnight and weekend work as operationally required
- Travel: Regular site visits; authorised work-related vehicle expenses reimbursed in accordance with applicable employment entitlements and company policy
- Commencement: By agreement

Pay: $80,000.00 – $85,000.00 per year
