Job Duties

· Formulating and implementing purchasing and marketing policies for the pizza store, negotiating with suppliers and setting prices for pizzas, meals, beverages and other products.

· Controlling the selection, recruitment, training and supervision of staff, including allocating responsibilities and maintaining appropriate staffing levels.

· Determining the product mix, stock levels and service standards for the establishment, including pizza varieties, toppings, ingredients, beverages and other menu items.

· Maintaining records of stock levels, purchases, sales, wastage and financial transactions to monitor the store’s trading performance.

· Promoting and advertising the establishment’s goods and services through local advertising,



promotional campaigns, online platforms and food delivery applications.

· Undertaking budgeting for the establishment, monitoring revenue and operating expenses, and managing expenditure to maintain profitability.

· Ensuring compliance with occupational health and safety regulations, workplace safety procedures and applicable food hygiene requirements.

· Selling goods and services to customers, providing information about menu items, ingredients, available options and product customisation, and maintaining appropriate customer service standards.

Education:A diploma level occupation or higher is required for this role.

Experience:Must have at least 1 yearfull time experience as a store manager.

Pay: $75,000.00 – $80,000.00 per year
