Elizabeth Gardens Residential Aged Care is seeking dedicated and compassionate Personal Care Assistants to join our residential aged care team on a part time basis.

As a PCA, you will play a vital role in supporting residents' comfort, dignity, and wellbeing. Working as part of a collaborative and supportive team, you will deliver high-quality, person-centred care tailored to each resident's individual needs and preferences.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide person-centred care and support to residents
- Assist with personal care, mobility, meals, and daily living activities
- Complete accurate care documentation and reporting
- Monitor and report changes in resident wellbeing
- Maintain compliance with Aged Care Quality Standards and safety requirements
- Work collaboratively with residents, families, and the care team
- Participate in mandatory training and continuous improvement initiatives

What You’ll Bring:





- Certificate III or IV in Individual Support (Ageing) or equivalent
- Experience in aged care or health services (preferred)
- A compassionate, patient, residentfocused approach
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Understanding of personcentred care and dignity of risk
- Availability for afternoon and morning shifts

Key Requirements:

- Valid Police Clearance or NDIS Worker Screening Clearance
- Proof of Covid19 vaccination (three doses) and Annual Flu Vaccine are highly encouraged
