Retail Showroom Sales Consultant – Bathrooms & Fixtures

Are you an experienced retail sales professional with a passion for bathrooms, interiors and home renovations?

The Renovation Centre is looking for a friendly, motivated and customer-focused Retail Showroom Sales Consultant to join our team on a full-time basis at our Osborne Park showroom.

We specialise in bathroom products, fixtures, fittings, tapware, vanities and renovation essentials. We are seeking someone who enjoys working with customers, has a keen eye for detail and can help bring their renovation ideas to life.

Key Responsibilities

- Welcome customers and provide excellent customer service.
- Assist customers in selecting bathroom fixtures, fittings, tapware, vanities and accessories.
- Provide product advice and help customers find the right solutions for their renovation needs.
- Prepare quotes, process sales and follow up on customer enquiries.
- Maintain attractive product displays and a clean, organised showroom.
- Build strong relationships with customers, builders, plumbers and tradespeople.
- Work as part of a team to achieve sales targets.

About You





- Previous retail sales experience is essential.
- Experience in bathroom products, plumbing supplies, tiles or the building and renovation industry is highly desirable.
- Excellent communication and customer service skills.
- Confident selling products and building customer relationships.
- Well organised, reliable and able to manage multiple enquiries.
- Skilled presentation and a positive, can-do attitude.
- Comfortable using computers and point-of-sale systems.

Location: Osborne Park, Western Australia
Availability: Must be available to work Saturdays.
