Lincoln Talent are partnering with an established fire protection contractor delivering wet and dry fire projects across commercial and industrial buildings throughout Sydney.

The role
An opportunity is available for an experienced Project Manager to manage a variety of fire protection projects including commercial fitouts, Industrial builds, existing building upgrades and fire system modifications.

The Role will be working directly with the Ops manager, you will take responsibility for overseeing multiple projects concurrently, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme and within budget.

Duties

- Manage wet and dry fire projects from initial scope through to completion and handover
- Coordinate technicians, subcontractors, suppliers and internal project teams
- Manage project programmes, labour resources, procurement and materials
- Coordinate CDC design packages, drawings and compliance documentation with the internal design team
- Conduct site inspections, liaise with clients and resolve project delivery issues
- Manage project costs, variations, invoicing and progress reporting
- Oversee quality, WHS,



commissioning and project handover requirements

About You
We are looking for someone with practical experience managing fire protection projects who understands both wet and dry systems and can independently manage multiple jobs at different stages.

Ideally, you will have:

- Experience in fire protection project management, both wet and dry or fire services delivery
- Working knowledge of wet and dry fire systems including sprinklers, hydrants, detection and emergency warning systems
- Understanding of relevant Australian Standards and fire compliance requirements
- Experience coordinating CDC design documentation and approval processes
- Robust programme, procurement, subcontractor and client management capabilities
- Experience delivering projects within operational commercial or industrial buildings
- Good communication, organisation and problem solving skills
