PT Role | Snap Fitness Concord West Epping

This is a casual personal trainer role with Jamie Fitness in Epping, coaching clients one-to-one. You build your ongoing client base over time, so it does not come with a ready-made book of clients or guaranteed full-time hours.

No gym rent is charged. Jamie Fitness handles marketing and administrative support.

Requirements

Cert IV in Fitness, or be close to completing it. Current First Aid, CPR and a Working with Children Check will be needed when you start.

Your responsibilities

- Use the team's coaching and admin systems.
- Join team workshops and mentoring sessions.
- Coach clients in one-to-one sessions.
- Explain the training offer to people thinking about starting.
- Availability needed

We need you free four afternoons or evenings a week, roughly 3pm to 8.30pm, and two mornings. This is the availability we require; it is not a guarantee of paid hours.

Pay and super

Casual employment,



plus super and applicable commission. The current hourly rate rises with ongoing weekly client hours:

- $40.17 per hour for up to 25 client hours a week
- $45 per hour for 25 to 30 client hours a week
- $55 per hour for 30 or more client hours a week
