About the Role This is an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated, results-oriented Business Development Manager to play a pivotal role in accelerating business growth.

You’ll be responsible for identifying new opportunities, building strategic partnerships and driving revenue through proactive business development.

Key responsibilities include:

Identify and convert new business opportunities to drive revenue growth.

Build and maintain strong referral networks and strategic partnerships.

Develop and execute targeted business development strategies.

Manage a healthy pipeline, converting opportunities into commercial outcomes.

Work closely with senior leadership to identify new markets and growth opportunities.

Track performance, analyse results and continuously improve conversion.
