Experienced Cold Caller / Appointment Setter – Work From Home – $100K–$150K OTE

SUNRISE TECHNOLOGIES PTY LTD – Sydney CBD NSW Sunrise Technologies is looking for an experienced cold caller and appointment setter to help introduce a new software product to Australian towing and roadside assistance businesses. This role is for someone who is confident on the phone, enjoys speaking with business owners and is comfortable calling people who are not expecting the call. You do not need a technical background as we will train you on the product. What matters most is that you can speak naturally, build rapport quickly, ask good questions and keep a conversation going without sounding scripted. Key responsibilities

Calling Australian towing and roadside assistance businesses Speaking with owners,



managers and dispatchers Explaining the product in easy language Asking questions about how they currently manage jobs, drivers and calls Identifying whether the software may be useful to them Inviting suitable businesses to try the platform Following up interested customers Helping trial customers stay engaged with the product Keeping accurate notes in the CRM Passing customer feedback back to our team About you

Very confident speaking on the phone Sounds natural and friendly Can speak comfortably with Australian small-business owners Does not get discouraged by rejection Can follow a script without sounding robotic Asks good questions and listens properly
