Thispositionisofferedonapart-timebasis(3daysperweek).RemunerationwillbeinaccordancewithNSW&ACTBaptistAssociationguidelines;,commensuratewithqualificationsandexperience.





KeyResponsibilities YouthMinistryDevelopment Establishandleadaregularyouthministryprogramwithinthechurchandwidercommunity. Buildstrongrelationshipswithyoungpeopleandtheirfamilies. Createopportunitiesforevangelism,discipleship,mentoring,andleadershipdevelopment. Encourageyouthinvolvementinworship,service,andmission.

FamilyMinistry Providepastoralcaretoyouthandyoungadults. Helpyouthandtheirfamiliesconnectwiththeministriesandrhythmsofchurchlife. Supportyouthandtheirfamiliesintheirspiritualgrowthanddiscipleship. Developpathwaysthatassistyouthandyoungadultsastheytransitionintodeeperengagement. CollaboratewiththeLeadPastorinplanningourservices,andworkalongsidetheKingdomCrewLeaderandvolunteerteamsservinginyouthandfamiliesministriesastheseareascontinuetodevelop.

SchoolEngagement StrengthenministryconnectionswithMaitlandChristianSchool. Participateinchapels,assemblies,pastoralsupport,andotherrelationalopportunities. Buildmeaningfulconnectionswithstudents,families,andstaffthroughintentionalengagementatschoolandparentevents.

AfternoonServiceLeadership Leadanddevelopthechurch'safternoonservice,guidingittowardsustainablegrowthandhelpingitbecomeamoreregularservicethatsupportsconsistentattendanceamongnewpeople. Engageyoungadults,youth,andfamiliesthroughaccessibleandcreativeministryapproaches. Coordinatevolunteersandministryteamsinvolvedintheservice.
