We're seeking two experienced Infrastructure Engineers to support ICT infrastructure operations, design and project delivery for a major Federal Government program.

Key Responsibilities

- Manage and implement ICT infrastructure changes and installations.
- Troubleshoot complex technical issues and lead incident recovery.
- Support data centre operations, including rack allocation, power utilisation and cabling.
- Develop infrastructure designs, technical documentation and operational procedures.
- Drive service improvements, availability and reliability.

What We're Looking For

- Experience in ICT infrastructure engineering and support.
- Knowledge of infrastructure design, availability and problem management.
- Experience with data centre infrastructure and installations.
- Robust troubleshooting, scripting and documentation skills.
- Understanding of ICT project governance and change management.
