Short description Friendly, organised receptionist wanted at our Liverpool orthodontic practice. Full time, Monday to Thursday and some Friday and Saturday shifts, $35+/hour + super, paid continuing education.

Be the first friendly face our patients see Family Orthodontics is an established specialist practice in Liverpool, caring for children, teens and adults. We’re looking for a warm, organised receptionist to join our close, supportive team in a full‑time role, with paid continuing education to help you keep growing your skills.

The role

Welcome patients and families in person and by phone

Manage bookings, recalls and appointment changes

Handle payments,



health fund claims and payment plans

Answer patient and parent enquiries with clarity and care

Work with our clinical team to keep each day on schedule

Hours Monday to Thursday, 8:00am to 6:00pm (36-38 hours per week). Occasional Friday, Saturday or Carlingford clinic shifts are needed when team members are on leave.

About you

Reception, customer service or healthcare experience, or a genuine willingness to learn

A confident, friendly phone manner

Positive computer skills and accurate typing

Reliable and flexible when cover is needed

A positive, team-first attitude

Bonus, but not essential

Dental or orthodontic experience

Orthotrac or similar practice software (we’ll train you)
