Job Description We are looking for a reliable and motivated Storeperson / Internal Sales Support team member to join our Maroochydore branch.

This is a predominantly stores and warehouse-focused role, ideal for someone who enjoys being active, organised and part of a close-knit team. Alongside keeping the warehouse running smoothly, you will also provide support to the Internal Sales team and assist customers with their day-to-day needs.

No two days will be exactly the same. You will help ensure our customers receive the right products, on time, while maintaining a safe, efficient and well-presented branch.

The role includes a rostered four-hour Saturday morning shift every third week, with overtime eligibility.

Maintain a safe, organised and efficient storeroom and warehouse

Receive, check and put away incoming stock

Pick, pack and dispatch customer orders accurately and on time

Assist with inventory control, stocktakes and general stock management

Complete customer deliveries safely and in line with road rulesChampion an already strong safety culture.

Assist the Internal Sales team with customer enquiries, order processing and sales support as required

Qualifications You enjoy practical, hands-on work and take pride in getting the details right.



You will be comfortable working independently when needed, while being a dependable and supportive member of a busy branch team.

To Be Successful, You Will Bring

Previous experience in warehousing, stores, logistics, retail, customer service or a trade environment

Strong organisational skills and attention to detail

A positive, customer-focused and solutions-oriented approach

The ability to manage physical warehouse duties safely

A current driver’s licence and safe driving record

Confidence using basic computer systems and willingness to learn

The flexibility to work a four-hour Saturday morning shift every third week

A commitment to safety, teamwork and delivering a great customer experience

A forklift licence is not required for this role. Experience in electrical wholesale, trade supply or a similar industry would be beneficial, but is not essential.
