Position Purpose

The Marketing Specialist supports Gallagher Jeffs' marketing, communications, brand and submission activities. The role is responsible for developing marketing content, coordinating bid submissions, maintaining marketing collateral and supporting business development initiatives across all offices.

This is a full time role requiring at least 1 year of relevant marketing experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Bids & Submissions

· Coordinate tender and proposal submissions, including content preparation and quality review.

· Maintain submission templates, credentials and marketing collateral.

· Coordinate CV, case study and project sheet updates.

· Support submission compliance and tailored responses to client requirements.





· Assist with bid production, formatting and reporting.

Marketing & Communications

· Plan and coordinate social media content and marketing activities.

· Develop and update website content and digital communications.

· Support thought leadership and marketing campaign initiatives.

· Prepare capability statements, marketing collateral and promotional content.

· Coordinate project photography, case studies and marketing assets.

Brand Management

· Maintain brand consistency across marketing and communication materials.

· Manage marketing asset libraries and associated content.

· Coordinate design, production and external supplier activities.

· Develop and support internal communications initiatives.

Business Development Support

· Support CRM data quality, reporting and business development activities.

· Coordinate award submissions, events and marketing opportunities.

Administration

· Maintain marketing calendars and campaign schedules.

· Monitor marketing metrics and assist with performance reporting.

· Support event, sponsorship and promotional coordination.

· Support and assist with other marketing-related tasks as required.

Pay: $80,000.00 – $100,000.00 per year
